Settlement Agreement with The Smog Place for <br />Grand Avenue Widening Project <br />December 2, 2013 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed project has been <br />determined to be adequately evaluated in the previously prepared Final Environmental Impact <br />Report (SCH No. 1998051068) approved by the City Council in 2002.
