ADDENDUM 1 FOR PRE -DESIGN ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br />RE:Bristol StreProp <br />wet <br />n: erties Design Feasibility Study Date 10/23/13 <br />BeteeCity of Santa Ana (Client) & John Kaliski Architects (Architect) <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />Address: Bristol Street East Frontage between Washington Avenue to the south and 17th Street to the north, Santa Ana, <br />California 92706 <br />Scope of Services: The Architect shall provide a maximum of one (1) additional alternative concept for the relocation of <br />existing businesses along Bristol Street frontage between 17th Street and Washington Avenue. This alternative shall maintain <br />the Karate Dojo at the present location and relocate the remainder of businesses to a new structure per the previous program. <br />The Architect shall additionally provide preliminary opinions of cost for structures and on-site improvements for each of the <br />three (3) alternatives prepared per the base contract and this addendum.
