PROPOSAL FOR PRE -DESIGN ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br />RE: Bristol Street Properties Design Feasibility Study Date 9/z7/13 <br />Between: I City of Santa Ana (Client) & John Kaliski Architects Architect <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />Address: Bristol Street East Frontage between Washington Avenue to the south and 17th Street to the north, Santa Ana, <br />California 92706 <br />Scope of Services: The Architect shall provide a maximum of two (2) concept design site plan alternatives to assist the Client <br />in determining the feasibility of relocating in a new structure(s) approximately seven existing businesses located within the site <br />area defined as the east frontage along Bristol Street between Washington Avenue to the south and 17th Street to the north, <br />less properties utilized by an existing fast food restaurant enterprise along this same frontage, in the City of Santa Ana. The <br />alternative concept designs shall generally describe the placement, orientation, and size of the building(s) and parking areas <br />and be shaped by relevant City of Santa Ana planning standards such as standards for setbacks, open space, parking, <br />maximum floor area, and height.
