SEGERSTROM AND SONS, APPLICANT <br />r <br />CITY MANAGE <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: <br />❑ <br />As Recommended <br />❑ <br />As Amended <br />❑ <br />Ordinance on 1st Reading <br />❑ <br />Ordinance on 2nd Reading <br />❑ <br />Implementing Resolution <br />❑ <br />Set Public Hearing For <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Adopt an ordinance approving the second amendment to Development Agreement No. 1990 -03. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On November 25, 2013, the Planning Commission recommended that the City Council adopt an <br />ordinance approving the second amendment to Development Agreement No. 1990 -03 by a vote of <br />5:0 (Crespo and Gartner absent) in order to extend the term of the development agreement for an <br />additional ten years for the Lake Center Office Park at 3500 West Lake Center Drive located in the <br />Specific Development No. 58 (SD -58) zoning district. The Planning Commission made no <br />changes to the terms of the agreement as outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit A). <br />DISCUSSION <br />This action allowed for an extension of an existing development agreement first approved in <br />1990.
