AGMT NO. 2013 -185 - SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR SPECIALIZED ENGINEERING SOFTWARE - Public Works Agency MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with Bentley Systems, Inc,, in an amount not to exceed $50,000 per year, for a one year period, with the option to extend for up to two additional one -year terms, exercisable by the City Manager or his designated representative, City Council requested inventory of computers to assess need for licenses and products.
