City of Santa Ana and Eugenio <br />Sanchez, Orange County Superior Court case number 30 -2012- <br />00596622; settlement in the amount of $9,000. <br />• Initiation of Litigation - One matter; instructed staff to work with outside <br />counsel on receivership matter. <br />*Councilmember Benavides recused from this matter due to his <br />business affiliation. He left the room and did not participate in the <br />discussion of the matter. <br />19B. EXCUSED ABSENCES — None <br />19C.
