SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 6T) � I Z - `a - t3 bee -QW�Wt �by �' pT S SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on 9cte r 2013 by and between WILLDAN HOMELAND SOLUTIONS, a California corporation (hereinafter "Consultant'), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City "). RECITALS: A. The parties entered into Agreement # A- 2012 -218, dated October 15, 2012, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided Homeland Security training and exercise programs. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend the Scope of Work to expand the list of programs which Consultant will provide pursuant to said Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to add training and exercise components to the multi -year Training and Exercise program funded through UASI program funds, as set forth in Exhibit A -1, attached hereto. 2. Except as amended in this Second Amendment to Agreement, all terms and conditions of said Agreement, as previously amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
