SOW Element: Admin Support Willdan Administrative personnel will provide note taking and meeting minute development for the planning meetings (IPM, MPM, FPM, and AAM). Additionally, Patty will receive and track RSVPs for the exercise and prepare registration materials. On the day of the exercise, WHS Admin staff will be provided to conduct exercise registration, assist controllers in distributing participation guides /handouts and receiving feedback and evaluation forms, assist in managing the movement and activities of volunteers (as necessary), assist controllers in facilitating participant movement and answering any participant questions related to exercise activities, and support all other logistical activities as necessary. The cost for these services will be $4,490. SOW Element: Volunteer Recruitment Willdan will provide services to recruit, track, guide, register, coordinate 100 volunteer actors for the exercise, attend any necessary meetings or conference calls, and serve as the Volunteer Coordinator on the day of the exercise. The cost of these services will be $5,700. SOW Element: Moulage Support Moulage will be applied to 20 -30 volunteer actors on the day of the exercise. The cost of these services will be $1,200. SOW Element: Other Direct Costs (ODCs) • Vests: Willdan will provide vests to support the control staff (controllers and evaluators). • Travel: The cost to provide SME personnel to support exercise planning and conduct will be $1,200. • Document Reproduction: 15 Exercise Plans (ExPlans) x $15 /per copy, 20 C/E manuals x $15 /per copy, and 150 badges x $1.50/badge. Participant evaluation forms are included the pricing below. Player handbooks (if produced) are not, but may be included at no cost. The cost of these services will be $750. • Additional logistical support and supplies: This includes any supplies and/or resources necessary to the conduct of the exercise may be procured with a total cost of approximately $3,000.
