EXCUSED ABSENCES — Clerk of the Council Office <br />MOTION: Excuse the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Tinajero. <br />19C. DESTRUCTION OF OBSOLETE RECORDS - City Manager's Office and <br />Community Development Agency <br />MOTION: Approve the requests for the destruction of obsolete <br />records from various City departments in accordance with the <br />retention schedule outlined in City Council Resolution 2013 -014. <br />BUDGETARY MATTERS <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS <br />20A.
