The charges imposed by this <br />Ordinance shall be due and payable immediately upon the effective <br />date of this ordinance upon all business license taxes levied <br />thirty (30) days after adoption of this Ordinance and each day <br />thereafter. <br />SECTION 10: If any action, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br />Ordinance is, for any reason, held by a court of competent juris- <br />diction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity <br />of the remaining portions of this Ordinance.
