<br />Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein for the following conditions: allowing <br />a cover charge, allowing the serving draft beer, advertising or signs indicating the <br />availability of alcohol, allowing bottle service, and allowing the hours of operation from <br />11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. <br />The Zoning Administrator of the City of Santa Ana hereby denies to Modify Conditional <br />Use Permit No. 2004-21 for the following conditions: dancing, use of an outdoor patio <br />area, an open rear door and expansion into the basement level. <br />These decisions are based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid hearing, <br />which includes but is not limited to: the Request for Zoning Administrator Action dated <br />February 21, 2008 and exhibits attached thereto; the Request for Zoning Administrator <br />Action dated March 5, 2008 and exhibits attached thereto; the Request for Zoning <br />Administrator Action dated March 19, 2008 and exhibits attached thereto the Request <br />for Zoning Administrator Action dated April 9, 2008 and exhibits attached thereto and <br />the public testimony, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> Section 3.
