Where We Are Today <br />• New ordinance adopted in July 2013. <br />• Streamlined and reduced costs to obtain an <br />alcohol sales CUP, and standardized <br />conditions. <br />• Added a new permit to allow restaurants to <br />offer entertainment. <br />• Since adoption 13 new alcohol sales CUPs for <br />stores (2) and restaurants (11) have been <br />approved citywide. <br />• One entertainment permit has been approved <br />so far. <br />Alcohol and Entertainment Status Report - January 21, 2014 <br />
