Section 5_ The City Council certifies that the City has reviewed, understands, and <br />agrees to the General Provisions contained in the contract provided in the Grant <br />Administration Guide. <br />Section 6, The City Council delegates authority to the City Manager, or the Executive <br />Director of the Public Works Agency or his designee to conduct all negotiations, sign <br />and submit all documents, including, but not limited to applications, agreements, <br />amendments, and payment requests, which may be necessary for the completion of the <br />grant scope. <br />Section 7, The City of Santa Ana shall comply with all applicable federal, state and <br />local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and guidelines of the WaterSmart Water and <br />Energy Efficiency Grant Program. <br />ADOPTED this 21St day of January, 2014. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
