Conditions of Approval for Site Plan Review No. 2013 -07 <br />Site Plan Review No. 2013 -07 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the California Building Standards <br />Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this site plan review approval. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the life <br />of the site plan review approval. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the site plan review approval. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. All improvements to the project shall be consistent with the approvals <br />granted per DP 2013 -43, the Santa Ana Auto Mall Architectural Review <br />Board and the attached exhibits. <br />2. Any amendment to this site plan review approval must be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for review. At that time, staff will determine if <br />administrative relief is available or if the project must be formally amended. <br />3.
