Section 2. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review per Section 15332. This class 32 <br />exemption allows infill development provided they are consistent with the zoning and <br />General Plan, do not have any noise or traffic impacts, and can be served by existing <br />utilities. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. 2013 -31 will be filed for this <br />project. <br />Section 3. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana after conducting <br />the public hearing hereby approves: <br />A. Tentative Tract Map No. 2013 -06 as conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein for the residential development located at <br />1030 South Euclid Street. <br />B. Street Naming No. 2013 -01. <br />These decisions are based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid <br />hearing, which includes, but is not limited to: the Request for Planning Commission <br />Action dated November 25, 2013, and exhibits attached thereto; and, the public <br />testimony, written and oral, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. <br />ADOPTED this 25th day of November, 2013 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners: Alderete, <br />NOES: Commissioners: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Commissioners: Crespo, G <br />ABSTENTIONS: Commissioners: None (0) <br />Resolution No. 2013 -29 <br />Page 5 of 8 <br />
