ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 9, 2009 <br />RESIDENTIAL RELOCATION NO. 2009 -02 <br />9:53 a.m. <br />Mr. Vince Fregoso, Acting Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the <br />City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Shelly Landry-Bayle and Ray Lirette, Community Development <br />Agency; Wayne Curl, Historic French Park; Melanie McCann, Associate Planner; and <br />Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Melanie McCann presented the staff report and recommendation.
