ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 9, 2009 <br />RESIDENTIAL RELOCATION NO. 2009 -01 <br />9:46 a.m. <br />Mr. Vince Fregoso, Acting Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the <br />City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Shelly Landry-Bayle and Ray Lirette, Community Development <br />Agency; Wayne Curl, Historic French Park; Melanie McCann, Associate Planner; and <br />Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Melanie McCann presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Mr. Curl stated that French Park is supportive of the request. <br />Ms. McCann made minor corrections to Police Condition No. 1. <br />The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Residential Relocation <br />No. 2009 -01 with modification to the conditions. <br />The hearing adjourned at 9:53 a.m. <br />:2 ....... ... <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />mr\zcning administration \minutes \2009 \09 -9 -09 RR09 -01 826 N Lacy <br />
