ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />JULY 1, 2009 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2009 -14 <br />10:36 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Joe Takeda, Applicant; Anna Lauri, Red Mountain; Matt <br />Foulkes, Assistant Planner I; Commander Tammy Franks and Yolanda Pena, Police <br />Department; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mr. Klotz inquired about the non - compliance items regarding the signage and security <br />guard. <br />Ms. Pena acknowledged and Ms. Lauri stated the contract has been revised per the <br />Police Department's direction restricting the guard to the rear parking area. <br />Mr. Foulkes provided pictures and stated the signs have been posted. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2009 -14 as conditioned. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:39 a.m <br />i <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />mrVaning administration \minutes \2009 \07 -1 -09 cup09 -14 Shabu Shabu ABC <br />
