Amendment No.1 to <br />Agreement No. D07 -028 <br />1 AGREEMENT. <br />2 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS: <br />3 1. The intent and understanding of the City of Tustin and COUNTY as contained in the above recitals are true <br />4 and incorporated herein. <br />5 2. The City of Tustin and COUNTY agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions, and obligations of <br />6 AGREEMENT, as if the City of Tustin had been an original city signatory to AGREEMENT. <br />7 3. The title of and listing of the parties to AGREEMENT on page 1, line 1 to line 21, shall be amended to read <br />8 as follows: <br />9 "AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />10 THE COUNTY OF ORANGE AND <br />11 THE CITIES OF LOS ALAMITOS, SEAL BEACH, ANAHEIM, AND TUSTIN <br />12 FOR THE PROVISION OF MAP CHECKING SERVICES" <br />13 <br />14 THIS AGREEMENT, hereinafter referred to as "AGREEMENT," for purposes of identification hereby <br />15 numbered D07 -028, and dated 30th day of October, 2007 is <br />16 BY AND BETWEEN <br />17 COUNTY OF ORANGE. <br />18 a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter <br />19 referred to as "COUNTY'; <br />20 AND <br />21 CITY OF LOS ALAMITOS <br />22 a political subdivision of the State of California, <br />23 AND <br />24 CITY OF SEAL BEACH <br />25 a political subdivision of the State of California, <br />26 AND <br />2 of <br />
