CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON <br />DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSPORTATION <br />Special Meeting Minutes <br />September 3, 2013 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 3:10 p.m. in Room 831 City Hall. <br />ATTENDANCE <br />The following Councilmembers were present: Vincent Sarmiento, David Benavides and <br />Michele Martinez <br />Staff present were: Kevin O'Rourke, Interim City Manager; Sonia Carvalho, City Attorney; <br />and Rosa Barela, PBA Executive Secretary. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS - None <br />COMMITTEE MEMBERS RECESSED for Closed Session discussion in Room 831 <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters <br />without members of the public present.
