CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON <br />DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSPORTATION <br />Special Meeting Minutes <br />September 9, 2013 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m. in Room 831 City Hall. <br />ATTENDANCE <br />The following Councilmembers were present: Vincent Sarmiento, Michele Martinez and <br />David Benavides <br />Staff present were: Kevin O'Rourke, Interim City Manager; Debra Kurita, Interim Assistant <br />City Manager; Jay Trevino, Planning & Building Agency Executive Director /Planning & <br />Building Agency; Ryan Hodge, Assistant City Attorney; Nancy Fong, Interim Executive <br />Director /Community Development Agency; and Rosa Barela, PBA Executive Secretary. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS - None <br />COMMITTEE MEMBERS RECESSED for Closed Session discussion in Room 831 <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters <br />without members of the public present.
