The Council approved the DEIS for transmittal. to <br />FHWA at the November 20, 1989 meeting, by Resolution No. 89 -11. <br />n IuIO.7[e �C ilrIr] �lti ► i 0a-IXOi RM1901.1►:VII_�i l <br />In order to carry out the activities of developing and studying project <br />alternatives, which reflected concern for the human and natural environment, <br />an interdisciplinary team consisting of people with a variety of backgrounds in <br />the natural sciences, humanities, planning and engineering was developed. <br />This Project Development Team was principally responsible for preparing this <br />document.
