The Council approved the DEIS for transmittal. to <br />FHWA at the November 20, 1989 meeting, by Resolution No. 89 -11. <br />n IuIO.7[e �C ilrIr] �lti ► i 0a-IXOi RM1901.1►:VII_�i l <br />In order to carry out the activities of developing and studying project <br />alternatives, which reflected concern for the human and natural environment, <br />an interdisciplinary team consisting of people with a variety of backgrounds in <br />the natural sciences, humanities, planning and engineering was developed. <br />This Project Development Team was principally responsible for preparing this <br />document. The members of this team are listed in Section VIII of this <br />document. <br />Information and input was solicited from a large number of public agencies. <br />The distribution list for the Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental <br />Impact Report (EIS/EIR) contained in Section VII of this document lists the <br />agencies and individuals who received a NOP and Draft EIS /EIR for review <br />and comment. <br />Finally, a large number of individuals representing the pertinent City and <br />other local and regional agencies were consulted in the preparation of this <br />document, as listed below: "' <br />-- Ms. Joyce Amerson, Project Manager, Santa Ana Public Works Agency. <br />ON <br />-- Mr. Michael Betts, Project Manager, Santa Ana Public Works Agency.
