IEMISSION INVENTORY ASSUMPTIONS <br />Fugitive Dust on Unpaved Roads -- was estimated using the <br />equatiaDn from AP--42 (Compilation of Air Pollutant Emission <br />Factorls),, Section 11.2.1. Variables utilized included k - 0.6 <br />and 0.45, s = 24 %, S = 30 mph, W = 25 tons, w = 16 wheels, and p <br />= 40 days /year. <br />Construietion Equipment Emissions -- estimates of the type and <br />numbesEcof construction equipment required, for roadway <br />constnuwtion were provided by Poss Construction.
