IV RELOCATION RESOLIRCES <br />Due to the size and complexity of this project, the relocation <br />resource area is defined to include the entire City of Santa Ana, as <br />well as the immediately adjacent Cities of Garden Grove and Anaheim. <br />It must be recognized, however, that given the significant Hispanic and <br />lower- income characteristics of the displacement area, comparable <br />neighborhoods within the adjacent areas will probably be limited to <br />neighborhoods exhibiting similar socio- enconomic traits. <br />A. Residential /Non - Residential Gross Units <br />Hundreds of vacant and comparable units, both residential <br />and non - residential, are expected to be available throughout the <br />relocation resource area. This estimate is based upon State <br />Department of Finance housing vacancy estimates as well as <br />classified advertisements listed in the Orange County Register. <br />B.
