The Contractor's employees shall be U.S. Citizens and /or <br />legal residents. <br />4) The Contractor shall perform the work provided for in this contract <br />under the direction of the Projects Manager or designee. The <br />Projects Manager or designee may make inspections at any time <br />and may request that the Contractor perform additional work or <br />services to bring Contractor's performance to the level required by <br />this agreement. <br />N. MATERIAL <br />1) The Contractor shall submit a list to the Projects Manager or <br />designee of all materials that the Contractor proposes to use in <br />the execution of this work. The list shall include the chemical <br />analysis, recommended usage and any other pertinent data by the <br />manufacturer of material. Said list shall be submitted before use <br />of any product, pursuant to the provisions of this agreement. All <br />materials used or submitted shall be in full compliance with all <br />Federal, State, County, and local agency laws, guidelines and <br />requirements. <br />2) The following shall apply to the material indicated: <br />a. Fertilizers shall be complete, furnishing the required <br />percentage of nitrogen, phosphoric acid and potassium to <br />keep lawns, trees, shrubs, and other plants in a healthy <br />and vigorous growing condition. <br />b. Insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and rodenticides shall <br />be of the best quality obtainable, properly labeled with <br />guaranteed analysis, and brought to the job site in the <br />manufacturer's original container. <br />C. Tree stakes, tree ties and guy wires shall be of materials <br />matching those existing in the work site or as specified by <br />the Projects Manager or designee. <br />d. Replacement trees, shrubs, ground cover, and other plants <br />shall be of a size, condition and variety specified by the <br />Projects Manager or designee. <br />e. Replacement plant materials may be inspected by the <br />Projects Manager or designee prior to planting. <br />d. The Projects Manager or designee shall determine <br />replacement lawn sod. <br />O. RECYCLING <br />
