review appraisals. We have completed hundreds of appraisal reviews similar in nature and complexity to the appraisal assignments listed above. To document our ability to perform the types of assignments to be completed under the proposed contract and the expertise of our staff and subcontractors, brief descriptions of previously completed appraisals and appraisal reviews are presented below. The key personnel responsible for the completion of these projects will be performing the services to be assigned under the proposed contract. Hennessey & Hennessey has performed appraisals subject to review by the State of California Department of Transportation ( Caltrans). These appraisals must meet Caltrans appraisal guidelines, the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisition, and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Hennessey & Hennessey is familiar with the requirements for appraisals and appraisal reviews for federally and state funded projects, including those pursuant to Title 25, California Code of Regulations §6000, et seq., §7260 et seq. of the California Government Code, 42 U.S.C. 4601, et seq. (Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970), and Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49, Part 24 (Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition for Federal and Federally Assisted Programs). Appraised a multi- tenant retail building and a multi - tenant office building for full takes, a multi- tenant retail center for a partial acquisition involving a cut and reface of the building, and a billboard.
