In the alternative, the City Council should demand that the current rotational towim, list be maintained, on the theory that if it isn't broken, there shouldn't be such an effort to fix In any evcnt. the poiice have said that the new list ,vii! take effect on February 25. My clients will have to take sonic action to protect their rights and the integrity of the process if nothing is done by then.
