ELEMENTS OF TRAINING <br />HOURS OF TRAINING <br />1. Will be trained to plan, direct and coordinate satellite installations on a daily <br />basis. <br />400 <br />A) Implement and formulate installation activities, manage daily activities and <br />plan use of materials and human resources toward maximum productivity. <br />Install satellites dishes. <br />B) Test repair newly installed, or updated equipment to ensure that it functions <br />properly and conforms to specifications using test equipment and observation. <br />C) Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to <br />solve problems. <br />D) Review work orders and sales and activities reports, overseeing production <br />of service delivery. Determine needs and reduce costs. Analyzing areas <br />requiring improvement. <br />E) Analyze test readings, computer printouts, and trouble reports to determine <br />equipment repair needs and required repair methods. <br />2. Provide technical support to customers and answer customers calls and <br />150 <br />questions. <br />A) Demonstrate equipment to customers and explain how it is to be used, and <br />respond to any inquiries or complaints. <br />B) Adjust or modify equipment to enhance equipment performance or to <br />respond to customer requests. <br />C) Maintain a professional demeanor when greeting customers, as well as <br />during the service call <br />3.
