after the deposit thereof in the United States Mail, postage prepaid, registered, or certified, addressed <br />as hereinafter provided. <br />All notices, demands, requests, or approvals from Licensee to the City shall be addressed to the <br />Executive Director, Public Works Agency, P.O Box 1988, M -21, 101 West Fourth Street, Santa Ana, <br />California 92702. <br />Any party hereto may, from time to time by notice in writing served upon the other party as <br />aforesaid, designate a different mailing address or a different person to whom all such notices or <br />demands are thereafter to be addressed. <br />25.
