Acting Planning Manager Vince Fregoso presented the staff report and <br />recommendation. <br />The public hearing was opened. Applicant John Le and Holly Jensen with Smart & <br />Final Store LLC, Real Estate Manager, spoke in support of the project. The public <br />hearing was closed. <br />I' i[811[87JA <br />1.
