41 Page <br />25A -11 <br />1. Coordinate and facilitate three planning meetings, and submit <br />planning meeting summaries to the exercise design team. <br />2. Develop a baseline scenario for use during the exercise. <br />3. Develop and reproduce 10 copies of the exercise plan (EXPLAN) for <br />the drill. <br />4. Develop and reproduce 10 copies of an exercise Controller /Evaluator <br />(C /E) Manual, including evaluation criteria. <br />5. Produce a MSEL to support 8 hours of exercise play. <br />6. Develop and reproduce 175 copies of the exercise Participant <br />Guides /Player Handouts. <br />7. Provide up to 10 exercise controllers for a 1 -day period. The <br />controllers will assist with exercise administration and control, and <br />will lead the hot wash debrief session(s) at the conclusion of the <br />exercise. <br />8. Recruit up to 100 volunteers and moulage for at least 30 volunteer <br />actors. <br />9. Provide controller /evaluator and SIMCELL training describing the roles <br />and responsibilities of exercise controllers, evaluators, and /or <br />simulators. <br />10. Provide 20 vests to identify exercise controllers, 10 vests to identify <br />exercise evaluators, 10 vests to identify safety officers, and 10 vests to <br />identify observers, and up to 150 badges to identify exercise <br />participants, evaluators, controllers, and observers. <br />11. Assist with controller and evaluator training by providing a <br />Controller /Evaluator Briefing. <br />12. Debrief and record notes from the exercise controllers and evaluators <br />prior to exercise completion. <br />13. Prepare and submit a draft AAR within 45 days of exercise <br />completion. Final AAR will be delivered no later than 60 days after <br />exercise completion. <br />14. Prepare 5 hard copies and 2 CD -ROM copies of the report. <br />15.
