Training and Exercise Support Statement of Work - Total $500.000 <br />Preparedness Exercises. The total cost allocated for the exercises during the proposed "Multi - <br />Year Training and Exercise Plan" is $135,000. All ASAUA exercises will conform to California <br />State and Federal guidelines to include the HSEEP and other homeland security grant program <br />requirements. <br />We affirm that the training offered within the exercise schedule is approved for homeland <br />security grant funding or where indicated, submitted for approval. Our pricing budgets for all <br />training and exercise consumables, printed materials, food, special effects, moulage, signs, <br />handouts, etc. Finally, our instructors and exercise facilitators will provide all multi -media <br />devices necessary for training sessions, exercises, and exercise planning conferences. <br />1IPage <br />25A -8 <br />CERT Drill <br />A) Type <br />B) Exercise Theme <br />Drill <br />CERT Drill. This will evaluate the plans, policies, and procedures that govern <br />the groups that compromise the OC Citizen Corps, and test the capability of <br />that group to effectively respond to a catastrophic flood event. This drill is <br />not intended to be a "design from scratch" effort. Rather the exercise design <br />will leverage and use the planning and materials developed for the CERT Drill <br />conducted in Beckman High School in 2011. The drill will be conducted over 8 <br />hours on one day, and will include up to 200 participants from citizen <br />preparedness stakeholders. Willdan will facilitate the design, delivery, and <br />evaluation of the drill through completion of the following items: <br />1. Coordinate and facilitate three planning meetings, and submit <br />planning meeting summaries to the exercise design team. <br />2. Update and tailor the baseline scenario used in the 2011 Citizen Prep <br />Drill for use during the exercise. <br />3. Develop and reproduce 10 copies of the exercise plan (EXPLAN) for <br />the drill. <br />4. Develop and reproduce 10 copies of an exercise Controller /Evaluator <br />(C /E) Manual, including evaluation criteria. <br />5. Develop and reproduce 200 copies of the exercise Participant <br />Guides /Player Handouts. <br />6. Provide up to 10 exercise control staff for a 1 -day period. The control <br />staff can assist with exercise administration and control, evaluation, <br />and instruction. Note: If more than 10 control staff members are <br />required to support the exercise, the participating jurisdictions are <br />responsible for providing the additional staff. <br />1IPage <br />25A -8 <br />
