City of Santa Ana, CAI SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FINANCIAL PLAN <br />2.1 Assess the GIS database provided by the City to confirm that <br />sufficient information is available to model capital rehabilitation <br />and replacement needs. <br />2.2 Meet with City staff to identify additional assets not in the GIS <br />system that will need to be evaluated. <br />2.3 Review historical asset documentation including maintenance <br />records, Master Plans, close - circuited television (CCTV) reports, <br />and other documents. <br />2.4 Conduct field inspections on the assets that are not in the GIS <br />system and have no historical maintenance documentation. <br />Task 3 — Capital Asset Rehabilitation and Replacement Needs Evaluation <br />The objective of this task is to develop the R &R Program based on <br />Comprehensive Asset Management & Prioritization System (CAMPS) that <br />can be used in the rate study tasks.
