Two companies have provided custodial services for these four districts <br />and their service agreements are due to expire in May 2014. PRCSA is requesting soliciting <br />proposals from custodial service companies for the four park districts. The Request for Proposal <br />will allow PRCSA to solicit competitive pricing and select the most responsive proposal. The <br />recommended custodial service companies will be submitted to the City Council for agreement <br />approval. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />EXHIBIT 1: Request for Proposal <br />19C -1 <br />
