2.3.1. Include all labor, material, associated tools, test equipment and <br />transportation required for the work to performed safely and satisfactorily. <br />2.3.2. Provide all work necessary to complete the project safely and <br />satisfactorily, whether or not it is specifically spelled out in the scope of <br />work. <br />2.3.3. Coordinate your installation work with other trades: <br />2.3.3.1.Assume responsibility for any cooperative work that must be altered <br />due to lack of proper supervision of failure to make proper provision <br />in time. <br />2.3.3.2.Perform alterations, based upon parameters specified herein, or <br />based upon industry standards, whichever is to the satisfaction of <br />the Telecommunications Coordinator, and pay all costs. <br />2.3.4. Resolve code conflicts prior to installation. Remove and replace all work <br />conflicting with codes or, in the Telecommunications Coordinator's opinion, <br />not meeting specified requirements, and pay all costs. <br />2.3.5. Permits: Obtain permits and inspections, and pay all fees. Deliver all <br />certificates of inspection to the Telecommunications Coordinator. <br />2.3.6. Guarding: <br />2.3.6.1.Provide protection for hazardous conditions. <br />2.3.6.2.Provide industrial accident and warning signs per ANSI and OSHA. <br />2.3.6.3.Erect and maintain suitable barriers, protective devices, lights, and <br />warning signs for the protection of the public and employees from <br />the work being undertaken. <br />2.3.6.4.Conform to applicable safety regulations, including those of the <br />Telecommunications Coordinator. <br />2.3.7. Erection and installation techniques, including structural adequacy and <br />bracing suitable for stability and /or seismic Zone Four conditions. <br />2.3.8. No changes or additions shall be made to the scope of work of any given <br />project except by written, fully documented, and cost approved change <br />order. If the vendor without an approved change order performs changes or <br />additions, the vendor assumes full responsibility for any consequences of <br />changes or additions so made and must bear all costs associated with said <br />changes or additions. <br />Page 11 of 24 <br />
