Quality Fresh Foods <br />We have a broad variety of fresh food items that rotate through the fresh <br />food kiosk. Ali fresh food items will prominently feature "fresh food dating" <br />for your convenience and pleasure. Sandwiches, salads, and entrees are made <br />using the best quality products and our own recipes. <br />AVTVending understands that each client is unique and requires specialized <br />refreshments services. Our Quality Assurance team of food and safety <br />proffesionals moniter quality and Food safety practices in our <br />culinary centers with our preffered suppliers. <br />These products are made fresh to the brand's exact specifications and bring you the same quality and <br />freshness without having to leave your location. <br />Please see the Marketing and Merchandising section for specific fresh food recommendations. <br />Outstanding Service <br />It takes more than food and drinks to be the world's Number One Vending <br />Company... it takes the AVT brand of service, too! We will provide <br />regular account reviews with your vending liaison throughout the year. <br />Our service center will provide experienced service personnel well <br />trained in equipment maintenance. A sanitation / preventive maintenance <br />checklist wilt be used to document and record the frequency and type of <br />maintenance or repair activity performed on our equipment. <br />AVf will also introduce a customer service telephone number that will <br />be posted on every bank of vending machines. This will enable any associate <br />to report equipment malfunctions, request refunds, or provide feedback <br />of any nature. All customer service issues will be responded to within two <br />hours of receiving the formal service call. <br />Please see the Operating Standards section for specific service <br />recommendations. <br />25A-47 <br />
