The <br />report is divided into three sections: Loan Activity, Loan Portfolio Management and Monitoring, <br />and Development Projects. <br />Loan Activity <br />Applications <br />The Housing Division offers several <br />45 <br />different programs including homebuyer <br />40 <br />down payment assistance and <br />35 <br />rehabilitation loans for historic single - <br />family, single - family and mobile homes. <br />30 <br />Mobile home loans are offered as <br />25 <br />forgivable grants and are used to cover <br />the cost of essential repairs. <br />20 <br />Applications are mailed out and <br />15 <br />received for these programs on a <br />continuing basis. Chart 1 shows the <br />10 <br />number of applications sent out by type <br />5 <br />for the quarter.
