HRD No. 2012.01 <br />January 24, 2013 <br />Page d <br />staff member and the property owner's representative as contact persons, The flyer (Exhibit 5), which <br />was distributed in September 2012, was sent and /or posted to the following entities and individuals <br />with the additional input from members of the community that attended the Ad Hoc Committee <br />meeting: <br />* Santa Ana Historic Preservation Society (who subsequently posted on their website) <br />Orange County Historical Society <br />• City of Santa Ana Webslte <br />City of Santa Ana Facebook Account <br />i City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency Facebook Account <br />• OC History Roundup Blog (who subsequently posted on their wobsite) <br />+ The Orange County Community Foundation <br />• The Nature Conservancy <br />The Wildlands Conservancy <br />• The Conservation Fund (Laguna Beach field office) <br />Old Orchard Conservancy <br />• "Inside the Outdoors ", Orange County Department of Education <br />Rancho Santiago College <br />Irvine Valley College <br />California State Polytechnic University, Pomona <br />California State University, Fullerton <br />Discovery Science Center <br />+ Historic French Park (Debbie McEwen, President) <br />• All Ad Hoc Committee attendees <br />Whenever possible, parties were also notified by phone. Follow -up outreach was also made to each <br />of these groups prior to this HRC public hearing. As of January 15, 2013, staff received no calls <br />and /or smalls regarding the availability of the structure for purchase for restoration or relocation <br />purposes. Further, the property owner's representative received one phone call related to the flyer, <br />which was from a real estate broker seeking land for potential development, <br />This code section involves identifying potential sites for relocation of the structure. To date, no <br />private Individuals or organizations have contacted the City or the property owner with sites that <br />could be used for relocation of the building. In addition, staff from the Planning Division and <br />Community Development Agency identified eight pieces of property owned by the Successor <br />Agency that could accommodate a house move -on. However, the lots are unavailable due to the <br />dissolution of the Redevelopment Agency and unresolved issues with the State Department of <br />Finance, <br />75A -40 <br />
