AGMT NO. 2014 -056 - RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT TO INSTALL FIBER <br />OPTIC CABLE IN AUTO MALL DRIVE - Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />an agreement with PAG West, LLC, to grant a revocable encroachment <br />permit to install a fiber optic cable at a second location across Auto Mail <br />Drive. <br />Councilmember Martinez request staff evaluates illumination levels of LEDs. <br />Acting Public Works Director Galvez explained that only one -side of block <br />installed, thus causing inconsistency.
