AGMT NO. 2014-051 - PREPARATION OF A SANITARY sLWER ANDrWATEI <br />FINANCIAL PLAN,- Public Works Agency <br />Councilmember Martinez concerned with amendment of contract although the <br />City Council has not received the Plan for original request; asked staff to work <br />closely with Water and Sanitary District representatives to address regional and <br />state matters of concern.
