The housing vision is <br />expressed in the goals, policies and implementation programs as stated in the Housing Element. <br />The purpose of the Housing Element Annual Progress Report (Exhibit 1) is to describe the <br />activities and accomplishments made in 2013 to implement the City's housing vision. In particular, <br />the report includes a summary of Santa Ana's progress in meeting its share of the Regional <br />Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA).
