Amendment Application No. 2013 -04 <br />Tentative Tract Map No. 2013 -05 <br />Site Plan Review No. 2013 -04 <br />February 24, 2014 <br />Page 9 <br />The City prepared a draft ND and posted the Notice of Intent (NOI) to adopt an ND at the Orange <br />County Clerk's office; the NOI was published in the Orange County Register on February 3, 2014. <br />The City circulated the draft ND for a 20 -day public review between February 3 and February 24, <br />2014. The draft ND was available for public review at the Santa Ana City Hall, the City of Santa <br />Ana Main Library, and on the City's website. <br />As a result of the environmental analysis, no potential environmental impacts were identified for <br />this project. All of the resource topics identified in the negative declaration were found to result in <br />either no impact or would result in a less than significant impact. Therefore, no mitigation <br />measures are required. <br />This IS /ND is intended to provide a forum to air and address comments pertaining to the analysis <br />contained in the draft IS /ND and to provide an opportunity for clarification, corrections, or minor <br />revisions to the draft IS /ND as needed. Pursuant to Section 15088 of the State CEQA Guidelines, the <br />City, as the lead agency for the project, will review all comments received on the draft IS /ND. As of <br />the date of printing of the staff report, no comments were received. <br />Conclusion <br />The proposed project will enhance the quality of the housing stock through the development of a <br />well- designed detached residential project and will provide a positive reinforcement of the City's <br />image within the area. This project will also provide a direct benefit to the community by removing <br />the existing visual blight and provide additional housing opportunities in the City. The proposed <br />project will achieve multiple goals and policies of the City's General Plan by developing a detached <br />residential project that provides a variety of residential land uses in the city.
