b. Offeror must submit an original and eight (8) copies of the RFP response. <br />C. Late proposals will be rejected regardless of the reason, including mail delivery problems beyond <br />Offeror's control. Offerors mailing their responses should allow sufficient time to ensure delivery by <br />the date and time specified. <br />The following guidelines are provided to ensure the equitable evaluation of competitive sealed proposals. <br />Proposals should be prepared as closely as possible in accordance with the instructions outlined in this <br />section. Offeror is advised to read this RFP in its entirety.
