Their philosophy, and the direction they want to take this <br />City is not at all where we want Santa Ana to go. I attended one of Strategic Plan meetings and realized it was not <br />anything in which I wanted to participate. The whole process, from the wording of the questions and statements, to <br />the uncontrolled access to the poll, made it too easy to skew. <br />With the passing of the Sunshine Ordinance, we figured there would be a little more resident participation, but it <br />seems SACReD believes it gave them the key to City Hall.
