INSURANCE ON N11 <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />(, UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />FO�COCIL. <br />A -2013 -175 <br />A� �� SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />1 <br />This SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 1" day of <br />December, 2013, by and between TIBURON, INC., (hereinafter "Consultant'), and the City of <br />i Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />\s Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City "), <br />RECITALS <br />as <br />A. City and Consultant entered into Agreement #A- 2012 -065, dated March 19th, 2012, <br />(hereinafter said Agreement') by which Consultant was to provide the Santa Ana Police <br />Department with maintenance and support of its existing Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) <br />system known as IQ /CAD and its related components. <br />B. By First Amendment to Agreement dated November 30, 201,2, the parties amended the <br />scope, compensation and term of the Agreement. <br />C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the Parties desire to <br />extend the term of said Agreement for an additional one -year period and add additional <br />compensation for the period of extension. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement and the First Amendment to Agreement, except as <br />herein modified, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation to an amount <br />not to exceed $39,000.00 to pay for the services during the extended term. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term of said Agreement for an <br />additional one -year period through November 30, 2014. <br />Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said Agreement and First <br />Amendment to Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Itl <br />11! <br />
