9. Notices <br />A. All notices which Customer may desire to give CommSys hereunder shall be <br />served by sending them addressed to: <br />CommSys, Inc. <br />3033 Kettering Blvd, Ste 300 <br />Dayton, OH 45439 <br />FAX: (937) 220 -4919 <br />or such other address as CommSys may designate in writing. <br />B. All notices which CommSys may desire to give to Customer hereunder shall <br />be served by sending them addressed to: <br />10. Assignment <br />The provisions of this Agreement shall adhere to the benefit of and be binding upon <br />the parties hereto, their successors and assigns; provided however, that neither <br />party may assign this Agreement without the express written consent of the other <br />party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld; and provided further that <br />no assignment of this Agreement shall operate as a release of either of the parties <br />hereto. <br />11. Entire Agreement <br />Each party acknowledges that it has read this Agreement and agrees to be bound <br />by its terms and that it is the complete and exclusive agreement and understanding <br />between the parties, which supersedes all previous understandings, negotiations, <br />and proposals, whether oral or written. No modification, amendment, waiver, <br />consent or discharge in connection with this Agreement or any of its provisions <br />shall be binding upon either party unless in writing and signed by the party sought <br />to be charged with the same. <br />This document contains information confidential to CommSys Incorporated <br />Page 5 of 9 <br />
