This service contract will provide an annual Class 1 pruning to maintain the health of the <br />trees and enhance safety for Civic Center visitors. <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on February 3, 2014 on the City's online bid management <br />and publication system. A summary of the bid invitations and bids received is as follows: <br />9 Vendors were notified <br />8 Vendors downloaded the bid packet <br />0 Received from Santa Ana Vendors <br />5 Bids received <br />Bids were opened on March 3, 2014 and evaluated. The bid received from Tree Pros, Inc. is <br />responsive to the specifications and meets the City's requirements.
