This includes all preparation time and materials provided. <br />Workshops and workshop materials Include, but are not limited to: <br />• Labor Market Overview <br />• Hidden Job Market <br />• Interviewing with Portfolios - Interview Questions, Techniques, Preparation <br />• Resumes, Cover Letters and Applications - Sample Resumes, Cover Letter and Master <br />Application <br />• Career Fairs <br />• Networking and Social Networking - Elevator Pitch Development, Lead List Generation <br />• Stress Management <br />• Managing Challenging Clients/ Time Management <br />• Youth Programs - Hiring Initiatives <br />• Veteran Programs - Hiring Initiatives <br />• Rapid Response and Outplacement Services <br />• Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Program Management and Metric Tracking <br />Program Summaries: <br />"30 Day Action Plan and Tracking Lop" - <br />Designed to collaborate the client and case manager relationship for a common end goal of <br />EMPLOYMENT. The 30 Day Action Plan follows a case management system that requires ALL <br />parties to be accountable to the process - Clients AND Case managers. The tracking log allows <br />accountability to each party for the steps involved in the process of gaining employment. <br />Partners Program- The purpose of a Partner's Program is specifically for companies and their <br />employees to increase the number of relationships with government, non - profit agencies, <br />universities and other community based resources to provide opportunities for <br />COLLABORATION: An efficient process of job and resource development where businesses alier <br />with business services and students and clients acquire necessary resources education and <br />training and job placement. <br />Designed to optimize your recruiting, marketing, advertising corporate social responsibility, <br />veteran hiring initiatives, training and more... experience at a community and national level, <br />you will benefit from more opportunities to connect with hiring managers, greater brand <br />awareness and visibility in your community. <br />Liaison Program <br />The Liaison Program serves as a program designed to increase the number of employers that <br />participate with the Work Source. This Liaison Program will represent a unique opportunity for <br />clients to build a business operation using this type of communication process to sustain the <br />quality of the Center and the clients in the years ahead. <br />25k -13 <br />
