ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />JANUARY 23, 2013 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -29 <br />10:35 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Judy Fleenor and Brian Fleenor, Applicants; Ali Pezeshkpour, <br />Planning Intern; Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City <br />Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mr. Pezeshkpour presented the staff report and recommendation for approval <br />The Police Department noted Condition Nos. 14 & 20 regarding entertainment and the <br />parking /lighting standards and clarified for the applicants. <br />Discussion and clarification followed on conditions regarding the fixed bar, hours of <br />operation and outdoor seating. The applicants stated there will be no outdoor seating <br />and staff clarified the process should they decide to have one in the future. <br />The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicants read and agreed to the conditions. <br />The applicants stated their agreement to all of the conditions. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2012 -29 as conditioned. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:55 a.m. <br />i <br />Jocelyn Magal nd <br />Recording Secretary <br />mr\za \m1nWes\2013 \1 -23 -13 CUP 12-29 Crave ABC. min <br />
