ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />JUNE 26, 2013 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2013 -11 <br />10:41 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Refugio Yalila Muniz and Juan Leon, Applicants; Ann Ni, Associate <br />Planner; Escarlet Mar, Intern; Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; <br />and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Ms. Ni presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />The Police Department asked for clarification of the name and owner of the establishment. Mr <br />Leon stated he is representing the owner Refugio Yalila Muniz. <br />The Police Department noted Condition No. 21 and stated the parking and lighting standards <br />must be up to code prior to the issuance of the letter of approval to the Alcoholic Beverage <br />Control Board. <br />The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicants have read and agreed to the conditions. <br />Mr. Leon asked for time to read the conditions then stated his agreement to all of the <br />conditions. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2013 -11 <br />as conditioned. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:55 a.m. <br />Jocelyn galona <br />Recording Secretary <br />mrizalminufes1201316 -26 -13 CUP13 -11 Avocado Grill ABC. min <br />
